Client Cancellations

| Less than 7 days | 0% | 100% |
Vendor Cancellations
If a vendor cancels at any time, the client receives a 100% refund and the vendor may face a penalty fee.
How Refunds Work
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (MTN MoMo or Airtel Money).
Rescheduling
Both parties can agree to reschedule instead of cancel. Maximum 2 reschedules per booking.
