Dispute Resolution

Opening a Dispute

Either the client or vendor can open a dispute within 7 days of event completion.

Process

1. Submit Evidence: Describe the issue and upload supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, messages)

2. Response: The other party has 48 hours to respond with their side

3. Mediation: A platform mediator reviews both sides and proposes a resolution

4. Resolution: Both parties accept, or the case escalates to a senior panel

Resolution Options

  • Full refund to client
  • Partial refund (mediator determines split)
  • Vendor re-does the service
  • Case dismissed
  • Escrow Protection

    During a dispute, funds remain frozen in escrow until the resolution is finalized.
