2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must provide accurate service descriptions, honor confirmed bookings, and deliver services professionally.

4. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate event details, make payments on time, and communicate any changes promptly.

5. Payments & Escrow

All payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Client funds are held until the event is completed satisfactorily.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation refunds depend on timing. See our Cancellation Policy page for details.

7. Dispute Resolution

Either party may open a dispute within 7 days of event completion. Our mediation team will review evidence and propose a resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability

EntHub acts as a marketplace facilitating connections between clients and vendors. We are not liable for the quality of services provided by vendors.
